Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying distinct areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further images made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
